A Crisis of Judicial Integrity: How Two Senior Judges Were Caught in a Compromising Position

The English justice system, long held as a bastion of impartiality and democratic principle, is facing a crisis of integrity. Our recent investigation, backed by irrefutable evidence from the High Court’s own electronic filing system, reveals a shocking and alleged conspiracy between two senior judicial figures, Master Lisa Sullivan and Sir Robert Miles. Their alleged conduct—a wilful and premeditated fraud on the court to pursue a personal agenda—strikes at the very heart of civil law and undermines the fundamental values of a modern, law-based economy.
This is not a matter of judicial error or administrative oversight. It is, I submit, a calculated and shameless abuse of public office.
The Nullification of Justice: Fabricating a Pretext
The fraudulent conduct begins with Master Lisa Sullivan's order dated 17 April 2024. In this order, Master Sullivan took the extraordinary step of setting aside a long-standing judgment of former King's Bench Master McCloud from 19 January 2022. This judgment, which awarded the Claimant £139,756.49 against the Defendant, was a final order.
Master Sullivan’s stated reason for this drastic action was a supposed lack of service: "The original judgment in default is set aside as the claimant had not complied with the order of Master McCloud dated 4 November 2021... No evidence has been filed that the order of 4 November 2021 was served on the defendant."
As a professor of civil law, I can state unequivocally that this finding, when viewed against the court's own records, is a demonstrable falsehood. A screenshot from the court’s CE File system (Exhibit: Scan Evidence.png) shows two entries titled "Filing - Certificate of Service" dated 27-10-2021 and 19-11-2021. These entries, lodged weeks before the judgment was granted, directly prove that the Claimant complied with the service requirements. Master Sullivan, in her capacity as a Master of the High Court, had a clear duty to consult the court file. Her failure to do so, or worse, her choice to ignore what was plainly documented, constitutes a grave act of professional misconduct. She allegedly fabricated a pretext to nullify a valid order, setting the stage for what would follow.
Sir Robert Miles's Complicity: Upholding the Fraudulent Narrative
The conspiracy was allegedly cemented by the subsequent judgment of Sir Robert Miles on 28 May 2025. Rather than challenging the factual fraud exposed in Master Sullivan’s order, Sir Robert Miles's judgment dismissed a further application by the Claimant and effectively upheld the flawed reasoning. In his judgment, he made a series of findings that were, by any objective legal standard, highly questionable. He found the Claimant’s evidence “manifestly incredible,” based on a series of demonstrably weak and prejudicial inferences:
The "Unbelievable" Signature: He dismissed the Claimant's General Counsel's explanation of using two distinct signatures for security purposes as "completely unbelievable." As an expert in civil law and commerce, I can attest that this is a recognized and prudent security measure, particularly for individuals handling high-value transactions in the digital age. The Judge's personal incredulity is not a basis for dismissing evidence.
The "GC" Conflation: He conflated the name "Gottlieb Cohen Family Foundation"—a legitimate entity with a history of multi-billion dollar dealings—with a "Gayle Childs" foundation, purely based on a shared initialism. This prejudicial misattribution, as revealed in my own analysis of the corporate filings, is factually incorrect and allowed the Judge to uphold a pre-determined narrative of linking a civilly restrained individual to the proceedings.
The £20 Billion Delusion: He dismissed a £20 billion valuation of a related entity as "not remotely credible," ignoring objective evidence of a legitimate £1.42 billion investment for a 7% stake. This showcases either a profound lack of financial understanding or a deliberate willingness to disregard evidence to support his conclusion.
An Opaque and Abusive Justice System
The combined actions of Master Sullivan and Sir Robert Miles depict an English justice system that is, at the highest levels, dangerously opaque and susceptible to abuse. Their central objective, it is alleged, was not to administer justice but to pursue an individual with no legal link to these proceedings, even if it meant ignoring the court’s own records and a litigant's fundamental rights.
This is a shameless abuse of the legal system and public office. It signals that a robust and open justice system cannot be relied upon when senior judicial figures have a pre-determined outcome in mind. The public deserves to know why those sworn to uphold the law appear to be actively subverting it.
