ANDREW SARKANY SENIOR CPS CHILTERN AND HERTS LAWYER AIDED BY
BARRISTER JAMES NORMAN OF 5 PAPER BUILDINGS, TEMPLE are Alleged to have Conspired to Pervert the Course of Public Justice in an Attempt to Frame an Innocent Man in Cambridge Crown Court Proceedings.
In an attempt to obtain a conviction based on spurious charges in repeated violations of their oaths of service respectively the pair knowingly relied on information obtained from mail postal package stolen from 54 Woolgrove Road, Hitchin, Herts by aggravated trespasser Stephen Flattery the alleged head of a local OCG who boast of close links to Hitchin police officer Detective David Quinn [now retired]. Flattery who boasted that he is “bullet proof” from any law enforcement in the sale of No.54 because of his links to corrupt police officer Detective David Quinn based at Hitchin Police Station at the relevant time.
Flattery used No.54 along with a man identified as John Dolan a member of the OCG as his own in order to criminally use No.54 to raise £250k in a loan scam, which resulted in fraud perpetrated on Heritage Trust a financial company based in the Cayman Islands. Even the forged assured shorthold tenancy agreement to link him to the ownership of No.54 that corrupt Herts police officers ignored and failed to carry out their lawful duty in what can only be described as corrupt police practices.
Moreover, in linked proceedings Flattery in an attempt to pervert the course of public justice made false and contradictory claims in the High Court and Crown Court respectively verified by declarations of truth in a flagrant abuse of both the Criminal and Civil Justice system of England and Wales in a forlorn hope to remain in control of No.54 which has caused harm and financial hardship to innocent victims including the lawful owner of No.54.
Sarkany and Norman having pursued malicious and bogus charges against an innocent man using stolen property have failed to disclose when obligated to do so by law Flattery fraudulent claims made to the High Court and the Criminal Courts simultaneously, the decision not to disclose is contrary to the Criminal Procedure Rules.

I have also seen prima facie evidence of which I must add shows clearly a successful ‘sting operation’ by the innocent suspects employer which tracked postal packets being opened by Flattery at an address he committed aggravated criminal trespass and without permission decanted and stole the contents that were relied on in CPS submissions to the Crown Court in a case summary submitted to James Norman”... “if allegations are proven that senior CPS lawyer and an experienced barrister have each conspired to handle stolen property in pursuit of charges that are disputed brings the criminal justice system into disrepute notwithstanding the ethical issues that have potentially arisen”
