West Midlands Police Service Chief Constable's High Court submissions are undermined by corrupt employee DC Scott Gould and Probation Officer Keeley Goodwin for the East Midlands region who have conspired to pervert the course of justice and breach a former suspect's Human Rights to mislead the Parole Board with unsubstantiated claims.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations have seen court documents and crucial evidence that shows that DC Scott Gould and Keeley Goodwin have conspired in a sophisticated and premeditated act to breach a former suspect’s Human Rights by making false representations that a suspect was under investigation.
In High Court proceedings brought by an exasparated and confused Shaun Mills in May 2021 against the West Midlands Police Service's Chief Constable which resulted in a declaration to the High Court that no further action would be taken against Mr Mills who was currently held in custody.
Despite the Chief Constable submissions DC Gould an employee West Midlands Police Service and Ms Goodwin a Probation Officer employed by the National Probation Service sought to erode Steve Thompson (Main photograph) the current incumbent of the office of Chief Constable by creatively constructing a false misrepresentations to mislead the Parole Board by stating that Mr Mills, who has not even been charged with any offence, is guilty without charge by making a series of repeated false statements that Mr Mills was still being investigated that has brought the criminal justice system disrepute.
Mr Mills, a former gang member, who turned his back on a life of crime and to divert his talents to become an investor and entrepreneur operating several businesses including a successful investment in a growing multi-million-pound paralegals business of which, he is an equity partner.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations has seen documents that reveal that DC Gould and Ms Goodwin who on the evidence seen have clearly abused their positions as employees of two high profile public authorities to have knowingly attempted successfully to jointly manipulate the tenents of the criminal justice system by stating falsehoods to organisations that hold sway and a material effect on Mr Mills freedom.
The conduct of DC Gould and Ms Goodwin have impinged on Mr Mills' human rights without any evidence of wrongdoing akin to the conduct found in an undemocratic society or authoritarian police state.
As a result of the fraudulent statements made to the Parole Board who have reacted by blocking any attempt to grant the release of Mr Mills based on the fraudulent statements made by DC Gould and Ms Goodwin. Mr Mills has been held in Prison for nearly two years without charge despite calls by family and friends for his release on what amounts to be a bogus prison recall.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations have been shown correspondence that show despite numerous requests for evidence of any wrongdoing to both DC Gould and Ms Goodwin [the latter being Mr Mills' probation officer] in an attempt to seek reasons why the public officials have conspired to make false representations and to take a contrary position to that of the Chief Constable to date both have declined to reply and have left Mr Mills filing a civil claim for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations have asked the National Probation Service and West Midlands Police Service to comment both have declined to comment.
