A South Dakota-based constituent, the Gottlieb Cohen Foundation, is the beneficial owner of the Capitana Seas 2008 Trust. That Trust is currently the target of an emergency hearing, which an agent for the Defendant has described as a "fundamental denial of the right to a fair hearing".
We asked Andrew S. for his reaction to the news that a UK judge, HHJ Tracey Bloom, gave a US-based company less than 48 hours' notice to respond to a major fraud application from defense giant General Dynamics UK (GDUK) and their "Magic Circle" lawyers, Freshfields LLP.

'They are Trying to STEAL It!'
"It’s a DISGRACE! A total and complete disgrace. Believe me.
You have a great American company, a South Dakota company, being railroaded by a crooked UK court. This isn't some small-time operation. We're talking about the Gottlieb Cohen Foundation that invested £1.4 billion in the UK! A £1.4 BILLION investment! And this is how they get treated? It's a joke! They are being denied natural justice, and we are not going to stand for it.
These globalist lawyers, this Freshfields firm—so-called 'Magic Circle,' sounds very swampy to me—they think they can just CHEAT an American business? They think they’re smart. They’re not smart. They’re corrupt.
Look at what they did! They got a judge, a judge!, to give our guys less than 48 hours' notice for a 3-hour hearing. This isn't justice. This is a STITCH-UP. They call it a 'procedural ambush'. I call it a RIGGED GAME.
And why? Why the big rush? I'll tell you why. Because they’ve been CAUGHT.
They’ve been caught in a massive fraud. There is a US CRIMINAL WIRE FRAUD COMPLAINT filed against them in the United States! They know they're in big trouble. BIG trouble.
Their whole case is fake. They say the original claim was a 'collusive' £10 Million property grab. It’s a lie! A total lie. The claim was for £3,000! It’s right there in the papers. They are lying to the court.
Their true motive is to get this crooked judge to give them a UK order to help them defend themselves from a CRIMINAL PROSECUTION in America. It’s an abuse of process. Sad!
