CALL FOR JO FARRAR TO SUSPEND ‘HENDON FRAUD RING’ EMPLOYED BY NATIONAL PROBATION SERVICE

FINANCIAL FRAUDSTER NEWS can reveal that calls for the resignation Jo Farrar Chief Executive of HM Prison & Probation Service by a man whose states that systemic corruption caused his return to prison over allegations that members of an organised crime group or OCG consisting of corrupt Probation Officers identified as Jane Carpentieri, Diane Russell and Koreen Logie who in a joint enterprise, knowingly, filed fraudulent representations in a Recall Report that Koreen Logie authorised to be presented to the Secretary of State in the full knowledge that Mr Windy-kids (not his real name) would be arrested and sent directly to prison.

A Financial Fraudster News special investigation uncovered an OCG using the cover of employment by the Ministry of Justice to abuse their positions without regard to the truth or the consequences of their individual and collective responsibilities as civil servants, and in full breach of the Civil Servants Code that has brought the Probation Service into disrepute by filing fraudulent Recall Reports to cause at least one victim his liberty, in what can be described as one of the most unconscionable acts carried out the by corrupt Probation Officers who have shown no acknowledgment or remorse to their manipulative and criminal behaviour that is overwhelming.

Misconduct in Public Office
Ms Farrar has failed to reprimand the OCG operating on her watch, despite the sophisticated and premediated conduct shown and investigated by Financial Fraudster News by each member of the OCG; who each knowingly committed fraud whilst knowing that the victim would be arrested without notice and taken to prison in conduct that breaches his human rights.
