Financial Fraudster News has obtained an email where DS Luxon, after receiving a call from Flattery, who is the subject of a civil action by the lawful owner of 54 Woolgrove Road, communicated with her co-conspirator Detective Constable Sian Beames. DS Luxon allegedly advised Flattery, with breathtaking audacity and a clear propensity to commit further crime, to mislead Mr Justice Miles in an upcoming High Court possession hearing.
DS Luxon reportedly instructed Flattery to:
State to the High Court judge that he rented the property.
State that he received mail regarding the ownership of the property.
Assert that the police and CPS are taking action against Cheryl Plummer regarding the property's ownership.
To mention that Leslie Gayle Childs is a vexatious litigant prohibited from acting in civil court - a complete fabrication with little regard for the law.
A Pattern of Misconduct
This latest revelation further compounds existing allegations of misconduct and corruption. As previously reported by Financial Fraudster News, a senior CPS lawyer, Andrew Sarkany, is already under scrutiny for:
Knowingly authorizing the use of stolen property as evidence in a related case.
