Financial Fraudster News Investigations has been shown court papers involving controversial judge Wendy Backhouse (pictured left) twho intervened in proceedings presided over by District Judge Malek and has widely believed to have sacrificed her judicial independence and integrity to be the go-to sock puppet-circuit judge.
Backhouse chosen jointly by the puppet masters identified as Attorney General Office and the Secretary of State for Justice in order to prevent DEZ Holdings Ltd a British Virgin Company with a UK registered subsidiary of the same name from its inalienable right enjoy its right of ownership of assets held in the UK an alienable right enshrined in the European Court of Human Rights which states:
Protocol 1, Article 1: Protection of property Every natural or legal person is entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of his possessions. No one shall be deprived of his possessions except in the public interest and subject to the conditions provided for by law and by the general principles of international law.
DEZ is the 100% equity owner of several multinational businesses which includes Kinloss Property Ltd and Ashton Global Investments both registered in British Virgin Islands.
DEZ, according to Companies House records, has been recently acquired by a US based private equity company who have been alarmed by corrupt practices after considering DEZ records including court papers from 2012 to date and been alarmed by the conduct of the British AGO currently headed by Suella Braverman who in 2020 court proceedings brought against a former State of Libya broker and someone not even employed by DEZ which gave an insight into the British government toward DEZ which stated:
“…It has also been brought to our attention that the [former management of DEZ] have successfully obtained a Court Order fraudulently transferring property to DEZ Holdings which belongs to Kinloss Property Ltd (Kinloss BVI)…” the British AGO is recorded as stating “…Steps were taken to prevent the transfer of the property.”
Financial Fraudster News Investigations have been shown sale and purchase documents now before a US federal court that confirms that DEZ is in fact the true lawful owner of Kinloss Property Ltd (BVI) and Ashton Global Investments Ltd (BVI) supported by evidence from the British High Court in London.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations have seen court papers that show evidence the British AGO’s flagrant abuse of office with willingness to file fraudulent statements to pervert the course of justice with little regard to the law and to deprive the US owners of a right enshrined and upheld by ECHR.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations have been shown a letter sent by the US owner of DEZ to the Secretary of State for Justice, Attorney General Office, Judicial Conduct Authority and Wendy Backhouse that American owners hold no hope of obtaining any justice in a systemically corrupt intervention driven by the British AGO supported by corrupt members of the judiciary.
The US owners are surprised at the unambiguous statements and intervention by the British government and with have submitted its finding before US federal court where transparency and the independence of the judiciary from the State forms part of the US constitution.
