City of London Corporation and former Insurance and Risk Management Officer Naomie Stephanie are accused of corruption and perverting the course of justice in a multi-million-pound court hearing.
Stefanie a black belt in Chinese style kickboxing successfully in a sophisticated and premeditated misleading of the County Court at Manchester in which the former City of London Corporation Insurance and Risk Management Officer with the acquiescence of senior City of London Corporation staff and aided by counsel in the form of Andrew Bird submitted a false statement signed in a statement of truth by Naomi Stefanie.
Stefanie's witness statement included false evidence that the City of London Police had received an order deprivation order from His Honour Judge Anderson whilst sitting at the County Court at Harrow in December 2013 at the conclusion of a multi-billion pound trial.
The order which would have effectively allowed the City of London Police to destroy £10 million pounds of securities including bearer shares, intellectual property, computer and paper files following a seizure at a London address of a former Libyan Gaddafi era finance broker and intermediary Financial Fraudster News can reveal.
In a 2019 civil claim brought by the Claimant and stakeholder of company who against the former Libyan broker to establish the whereabouts of securities held in trust by the broker it was established that the City of London Police had lifted and retained the securities without any lawful right as the investigation had no links to the legitimate dealings of the company involved.
Financial Fraudster News has seen court documents dated 11 February 2019 that reveal that the witness statement signed by Naomi Stefanie and endorsed by 5 St Andrews Hill's barrister Andrew Bird designed to mislead the presiding judge District Judge Hovington who unwittingly participated in the perverting the course of justice and miscarriage of justice.
A City of London Corporation insider who wants to remain anonymous told Financial Fraudster News ‘...Stefanie let us down and potentially brought the work we do into disrepute, the convention and rule are we act on evidence in these types of cases when we are asked to assist, its always the evidence...’
Financial Fraudster News can reveal that 5 St Andrews Hill barrister Andrew Bird, an experienced barrister called to the bar in 1987, and who regularly undertakes briefs for the City of London Police and City of London Corporation has been caught in a joint enterprise fraud with Stefanie and stands accused of acting contrary to the barrister’s code of conduct.
Trustees for the unnamed company who have suffered substantial losses are considering a formal complaint to the Chartered Insurance Institute and Bar Standards Board respectively, as well as a criminal complaint and a civil claim.
