FINANCIAL FRAUDSTER NEWS INVESTIGATIONS EXCLUSIVE: Andrew Sarkany, Senior CPS Chiltern and Herts Lawyer, aided by Barrister James Norman [Pictured Below] of 5 Paper Buildings, Temple, Alleged to Have Conspired To Pervert the Course of Public Justice.
Andrew Sarkany and James Norman are alleged to have conspired to pervert the course of public justice in an attempt to frame an innocent man in Cambridge Crown Court proceedings.
In an attempt to obtain a conviction based on spurious charges, and in repeated violation of their respective oaths of service, the pair knowingly relied on information obtained from a mail postal package stolen from 54 Woolgrove Road, Hitchin, Herts, by aggravated trespasser Stephen Flattery.
Flattery is the alleged head of a local OCG who boasted of close links to Hitchin police officer Detective David Quinn [now retired]. Flattery also boasted that he is “bullet proof” from any law enforcement in the sale of No. 54 because of his links to corrupt police officer Detective David Quinn, who was based at Hitchin Police Station at the relevant time.

Flattery, along with a man identified as John Dolan, a member of the OCG, used No. 54 as his own in order to criminally raise £250k in a loan scam, which resulted in fraud perpetrated on Heritage Trust, a financial company based in the Cayman Islands.
Corrupt Herts police officers allegedly ignored the forged assured shorthold tenancy agreement used to link him to the ownership of No. 54. They failed to carry out their lawful duty in what can only be described as corrupt police practices.
Moreover, in linked proceedings, Flattery, in an attempt to pervert the course of public justice, made false and contradictory claims in the High Court and Crown Court respectively. These claims were verified by declarations of truth, constituting a flagrant abuse of both the criminal and civil justice systems of England and Wales. This was done in a forlorn hope to remain in control of No. 54, which has caused harm and financial hardship to innocent victims, including the lawful owner of No. 54.
Sarkany and Norman, having pursued malicious and bogus charges against an innocent man using stolen property, have failed to disclose Flattery's fraudulent claims made simultaneously to the High Court and the Criminal Courts. This was a failure of their legal obligation to disclose, and the decision not to do so is contrary to the Criminal Procedure Rules.
Financial Fraudster News legal and business contributor Robbin H., a former CPS lawyer, said, “I have reviewed court documents submitted by Stephen Flattery, including two witness statements signed by declaration of truth. I found that he [Flattery] perverted the course of public justice by falsely naming two or more suspects for alleged crimes that simply do not exist.
I have also seen prima facie evidence—which, I must add, clearly shows a successful ‘sting operation’ by the innocent suspect's employer—which tracked postal packets being opened by Flattery at an address where he committed aggravated criminal trespass. Without permission, he decanted and stole the contents, which were relied on in CPS submissions to the Crown Court in a case summary submitted to James Norman.
“If allegations are proven that a senior CPS lawyer and an experienced barrister have each conspired to handle stolen property in pursuit of charges that are disputed, it brings the criminal justice system into disrepute, notwithstanding the ethical issues that have potentially arisen.”
Financial Fraudster News investigations has asked Stephen Flattery, Mr Andrew Sarkany and Mr Norman to comment.
