The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team can reveal through leaked documents that in civil proceedings brought against the Ministry of Justice by prisoner Karl Gates whilst detained at HMP Wayland who had broken his leg in a prison sports event and was purportedly left for hours without medical attention.
In October 2019 court filings corrupt GLD senior lawyer Shaun Perry has been accused of perpetrating a sophisticated and premeditated witness statement in order to have the proceedings dismissed on behalf of the MoJ where Perry named a former prisoner who we will call Mr P and who is the subject of what is known as a General Civil Restraint Order and who we cannot name for legal reasons as a person behind Nathan Paralegals and Company LLP a company that helped Mr Gates and links low-income individuals to pro bono legal support and limited funding for civil cases. The case was in fact dismissed by the court.
The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team has received information from several sources employed by the Ministry of Justice that since 2014 Mr P whilst a prisoner at HMP Lowdham Grange was given permission by the Secretary of State for Justice to run a legal surgery two days a week for nearly 15 months helping and signposting civil case for hundreds of prisoners detained at the prison due to the elimination of a legal services officer.
The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team received documents that when Mr P was moved to HMP Swaleside he was immediately given permission by the Secretary of State for Justice to undertake a job role that included assisting all detained prisoners on the estate with legal issues, signposting to legal professionals and drafting and assisting prisoners with the preparation of complaints.
Jacob Friedlander managing partner for Nathan Paralegals & Co now part of Nathan Paralegals and Company LLP has stated: “Nathan has hundreds of referrals every year from many introducers for and on behalf of low-income individuals and those without the means to challenge acts by third parties that amount to negligence or other similar type issues…” Mr Friedlander than added “...with regards to Mr P he showed us the terms of his employment whilst at HMP Swaleside and the rate of pay he received about £17.50 per week a top salary for a prisoner whilst he carried out his legal support services whilst having use of an office to conduct nearly 650 appointments over 18 months…” he added, “Mr P has never been employed or has any ownership or management position with Nathan Paralegals and Company LLP or its predecessor Nathan Paralegals & Co, any statements to the contrary are false.”
The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team can reveal the Secretary of State for Justice despite giving Mr P a GCRO has employed Mr P whilst in prison to assist other detained prisoners with legal matters from signposting to drafting hundreds of legal documents and allowing Mr P to act as a McKenzie friend in both civil and criminal trials for inmates by video links.
The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team can reveal that the GLD has wilfully and systemically used Mr P to and his previous introducer role as a catalyst to elevate Mr P to be the owner and/or employee of Nathan to pervert the course of justice in cases where they are faced with difficulties in defending the particular cause of action.
The act of Shaun Perry a senior lawyer to wilfully mislead the courts of England and Wales as an officer of the court and acting on behalf of the GLD is alarming and brings the GLD and those who are law-abiding employees into disrepute.
The actions by a growing number of GLD solicitors who are held to a higher standard will be called out at every turn when evidence beyond a reasonable doubt is presented to The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team.
The Financial Fraudster News Investigation Team will continue to bring truth to the powerful and shine a light on those who engage in corrupt practices in the name of the public.
