Justice at last! Court Judge orders criminal trespasser and his brood out of residential property

 

Financial Fraudster News investigations can report that criminal trespasser Stephen Flattery after breaking into a property located at Woolgrove Road, Hitchin, Herts thought after gaining access he could claim the property as his own by moving his young brood into the property causing the true owner of the property, a private company registered in England of rights of ownership.

High Court Proceedings

In separate High Court proceedings, owner of the Woolgrove Road property, Cheryl Plummer LP a private equity company brought successful proceedings against Flattery, the remaining member of a joint enterprise organised crime group, who along with a man identified as John Dolan [now deceased] who lived on Woolgrove Road a few doors away from the trespassed property.

The Court awarded Cheryl Plummer LP in a 2021 Judgment £139,000 plus outstanding interest for losses incurred following the two who concocted a fraudulent scheme to defraud Cheryl Plummer LP and former owners of their respective ownership rights of the Woolgrove Road property by making fraudulent representations to HM Land Registry with the intent to alter the Caution Register aided and abetted by Hertfordshire Solicitors, Foreman Laws, who made a series of submissions in an application that Dolan was the beneficiary of a previous owner of the property years after the property which was used as collateral to secure a loan facility. And, when the loan fell into default status the property was transferred to the lender to reduce the outstanding debt owed.

The fraudulent conduct of Flattery the ultimate beneficiary who controlled or lived in the property making substantial financial tax regain from renting out the Woolgrove Road property since 2012, and then audaciously moving his children into the property when he thought he could lay claim to the property even registering the property for council tax with the local authority without regard to the true owner of the property or the law.

County Court Proceedings

Cheryl Plummer LP in 2021 made a claim at Central London County Court for possession of the Woolgrove Road property, fraudster Flattery aware of this claim, in an attempt to avoid service wrote to the Court stating that he lived in Borehamwood, frustrating the criminal justice system. But on 22nd September 2023 and after Cheryl Plummer LP’s persistence in pursuing Flattery through the civil justice system, Central London County Court Judge Kennedy granted possession to Cheryl Plummer LP to remove the criminal trespasser once and for all.
