Financial Fraudster News investigations can reveal that an unnamed suspect has appeared at several preliminary hearings at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court and Peterborough Crown Court denying that any charges has been brought against him by any investigating or prosecuting authorities and is challenging the Court’s jurisdiction to be produced before the Courts.
On 15th November 2023, His Honour Judge Lowe sitting at Peterborough Crown Court ordered that the Crown Prosecution Service serve by tracked mail supporting evidence of the charges brought against the alleged suspect by 22nd November 2023.
The CPS lawyer leading the prosecution has been identified as Andrew Sarkany who is accused of being manipulated by Hertfordshire Constabulary Detectives who failed to investigate the allegations and to identify the lawful owners of a residential property linked to the deficient investigation that has according to Financial Fraudster News investigations who has seen evidence that an employee of the owner of the property was arrested by blundering investigating authorities.
According to records, a pre trial hearing, known as a PTPH is listed to be heard on 13th December 2023.
Financial Fraudster News crime correspondent and former CPS lawyer John R who has reviewed documents provided by Cheryl Plummer LP owner of the property at the heart of the investigation stated “…the CPS lawyer has failed to obtain an accurate understanding of the facts…it appears that the investigating authorities have unusually elected not to investigate and identify the true owner of the relevant property…leaving the prospect of the Crown Prosecution Service being professionally embarrassed in trying to get home in a case where there is no mens rea.”
Thames and Chiltern CPS has not responded to request for comment from Financial Fraudster News investigations team.
