Financial Fraudster News Investigations can reveal that the yet to be convicted immigration and legal services fraudster has a new victim the Metropolitan Police Service following his failed attempt to defraud the banks that he had been defrauded by barristers, solicitors and paralegals. This despite owing the Commissioner of the force over £23,000 in legal costs from a series of bogus claims that wasted the force's resources and was finally dismissed in the High Court Appeals Court earlier this year.
The desperate immigration and legal services fraudster who demanded services from solicitors, barristers and paralegals has now manufactured fraudulent misrepresentations along with willing Metropolitan Police Service Officers PC Thomas Luby and PC Petruta Leonte based on speculation have harassed several clients of a firm of paralegals with the intention to obtain false witness statements that they were victims of a non-existent crime.
The desperate attempts to force the company’s clients against their will who each having enjoyed good service have now highlighted the position the officers now face as they attempt to bolster the alleged fraudulent misrepresentations by the Walter Mitty type Smith, who himself has a track record and a string of failed vexatious litigation claims behind him even bringing a bogus claim against the Metropolitan Police Service when he instructed Haringey Law Centre's Victor Amadigwe a respected community lawyer and when Smith lost his vexatious and meritless claims against the Metropolitan Police Service for false imprisonment, Smith sacked both Haringey Law Centre and Victor Amadigwe paying them a compliment by suing them for the money he paid them months after and without notice, it appears that Smith is up to his old tricks again...

Entrapment and false evidence by officers is an offence and clearly the investigation carried out by inexperienced Pc’s is an embarrassment for the Met Police as Smith is a consummate liar as dipicted by his estranged Ethopian wife Senait Woldetsadik he is alleged to have aided to breach immigration controls in a sham marriage alone with a number of attempts to obtain legals services by fraud a matter before the County Courts of England and Wales.
Entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent or agent of the state induces a person to commit a "crime" that the person would have otherwise been unlikely or unwilling to commit.
Police corruption is a form of police misconduct in which law enforcement officers end up breaking their political contract and abuse their power for personal gain. This type of corruption may involve one or a group of officers.
Smith has so far been able to manipulate inexperienced officers to not only break the law and to harass the paralegals clients aiding Smith's quest to obtain a return of payments made to obtain legal services for his meritless claims from officers who have no idea of how the paralegals' business model that continues to work for the satisfied clients in the first instance despite their attempts to use illfated entrapment techniques save for the fraudulent misrepresentations they chose to act on by the immigration and legal fraudster David Richard Smith who faces a number of civil claims for harassment and breach of contract.
Fraudulent misrepresentation occurs when someone attempts to persuade another into action with intent to deceive and based on information that they know to be false and repeat it recklessly for the purposes of deception. An action for fraudulent misrepresentation allows for a remedy of damages.
Financial Fraudster News Investigations has seen court filings that show that Smith is subject to several legal proceedings awaiting adjudication for fraudulent misrepresentation, harassment and defamation to several banks who were mislead to act of the bogus claims he also face hearings for acting on the fraudulent attempt to gain money from the banks at the expense of false representations that he was a victim of fraud by legal services he in fact had contracted with.
Civil claims proceedings can be started for many reasons including contractual disputes, claims for personal injuries as well as claims to recover money or debts owed by the other party.

On 14 May 2020 the Paralegal Company who accused the Metropolitan Police Service unlawful conduct served notice of an intention to pursue civil action following the conduct of Officers PC Thomas Luby and PC Petruta Leonte.
On 15 May 2020 Weightmans solicitors on behalf of Metropolitan Police Service has asked for time to investigate the claims.
On 16 May 2020 Formal complaint has been lodged by the Paralegal Company to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) involving alleged police corruption.
The Met Police has declined to comment.
